Sensory Slime Art Box
Immersing people into a sensory experience whilst they create their slime. We also have a philosophy behind this activity: We think of who loves us, who is our family as we create the slime. Then we add in the different glitters and slime charms, each representing a special person. We fold these items into the slime reminding us that we are always in the family fold.
Felt Flower Bouquet Art Therapy Box
Thoughts grow - We have the power to chose what thoughts we want to invest our emotional energy into. This activity is designed to redirect a participants thought processes to a positive outlook on life. We as we create our flowers, we give each flower a positive thought, like gratitude for something, love for a family member or friend, a past time that brings us joy etc. Then we write down on our seeded love heart paper, one thought that we want to focus on. Every day, as we water those seeded love hearts, a flower will eventually grow symbolising that thoughts grown.
