About the event

This special event is held especially for Country Hope Children to give them a space to be creative and connect to their inner selves.

Children will learn how to connect their mind and emotions to the present moment using a popular art therapy technique with air dry clay. Starting with a gentle breathing exercise, we will learn how to practics gratitude. We will then discuss what a 'safe space' means to each individual child and how we can explore this through creating our clay sculptures.

We will also include calming background music and lavendar aromatherapy in the session.

BONUS GIFT: Children will go home with their finished product and a special little art kit as a 'take home momento'.

This is an event exclusively funded by Country Hope for Country Hope Families.
